Tip 1: Try to get your eyebrows done/threaded. Have you ever used a tweezer? Just use it to pluck away stray hairs.

Best Acne Treatment
Start with a tinted moisturizer as a base, no foundation is needed at this age. If you have acne or dark circles, you can apply some concealer, otherwise just use a little bit of blush,and a bit of lip gloss. Natural looking mascara and natural eyeliner is good too. Try looking for advice on websites or reading some books. Bobbi Brown has great teen makeup books, and Carmindy’s 5 minute face is good too.
As for the eyeliner, use a subtle color, like a dark grey or dark dark brown. Black always looks too harsh for every day looks. Find a cream pencil and lightly smudge it just on the outside of the lower lashline. This is very natural and always looks great. I hate when teenagers pile on black eyeliner. Believe me, natural looks way better.

Well it depends on what you wear.
If your wearing dark colors, brown, black, red, etc. You should wear bright colored eyeshadow, like orange, a bright red, etc.
If your wearing light colors like pink, blue, purple, etc. then you should wear those color eyeshadows, except a darker hue.
Now for eyeliner, you should make sure it matches whatever your wearing. If your wearing black, wear some black eyeliner. Oh, and you should try putting it on your eyelid and on your tearline.
For lip gloss I always suggest brighter colors. Pink, red, etc. Hope this helped
